Honestly, it makes the best margaritas hands down. The flavour is fresh, smooth and perfectly balanced with sweet zesty orange that really lifts the whole drink and gives it that bar quality taste. We have used it in other cocktails too and it is always great. I also love the bottle itself, it is one of a kind and pretty iconic. Highly recommend if you want to step up your cocktail game!

I am not a great liqueur drinker but cointreau has converted me, it will be my straight to iwhen i buy liqueur Great for christmas, end to a dinner party, or a treat. When you open the bottle you get a instant orange scent. It is a versatile liquor,a great addition to any cocktails and margaritas but also can be served simply on rocks! I am a huge fan of margaritas especially on a hot summer,discovering this little gem made my evening's more pleasant!I absolutely enjoy the unique flavour and his smoothness! Before you've even drunk it, it has the most amazing orange scent. It's very smooth which makes it easy to drink straight. A great must have for the drinks cupboard.

You can drink it on its own or with a mixer ( I use lemonade). The taste is lovely and you get a real taste of oranges. I have also used this when making fruit cakes and it helps stop the cake getting to dry at the same time giving it a little taste of heaven. Would definitely recommend Cointreau.

Clear in colour, it has a lovely orange aroma. The taste is gorgeous, a definite mix of sweet and bitter oranges that work well together without being overpowering. It is sweet to drink. It is a lovely drink to finish off a special meal. It is also lovely as part of a summer cocktail or mixed with lemonade.

Needless to say the night got messy! We really enjoyed them, the orange flavour is still good even when mixed with the sweet energy drinks! Will do these again

Nice balance of acidity and sweetness. I started by trying it on its own with ice then had it with Lemonade. I've also had it in coffee and think it's lovely!

Can be an Aperitif ( before a meal) or Digestif ( after a meal with dessert). It is used in many cocktails but I like it neat . I like it very cold so keep the bottle in the fridge and add ice to it, when it turns opal and has its richest soft and pleasant taste.. It is dry, has a distinctive body, aroma and sweetness. It is a robust drink due to its 40% proof. If it does not turn white with ice it is not the real stuff.

As a beer drinker this was definitely a welcome change and could tempt me to experiment and get a cocktail book to see what ideas it gives and try this out with friends
